After more than a year in the making, Spooky Tales with Boo Kitty is finally creeping onto YouTube with its first full-length tale, The Franken-Cupcake.
A twisted, kawaii-animated homage to classic monster cinema, The Franken-Cupcake drags you into the graveyards, laboratories and lightning-filled madness of old-school monster movies, with a twist of colour and cuteness...
Hosted by our resident vampire cat, Boo Kitty, this 23-minute animated horror-comedy follows Dr Pankenstein and his wildly unqualified assistant Toxic Kitten as they attempt to bring a cupcake monster to life.
There's just one problem.
The monster wakes with absolutely no idea who, or what, he's supposed to be.
What follows is a cute-spooky collision of mad science, identity crises, questionable decisions and one extremely distracting firefly, all wrapped inside a love letter to the classic monster films that helped define horror.
...And before the credits roll, a Candy Kult Land favourite will die.
The Franken-Cupcake is also the beginning of something much bigger.
