Wishbone Origins Semi Finalist At Seattle Filmmaker Awards

t was kind of bizarre timing.. yesterday as we were preparing for 2 years of wishes... the celebration and anniversary of Wishbone.
An email arrives.. to let us know that Wishbone Origins is now a semi finalist at the Seattle filmmaker awards and currently being considered for an award.. This came as a massive shock to me because wishbone origins was my first shortfilm. ..Not knowing what i was doing i threw it at a handful of festivals scattered across an entire year. Wishbone origins already won best animation at a hollywood film fest earlier this year.. which again changed my world.. i didn't feel like film festivals were my thing. I didn't feel good enough to be there. I basically gave up before getting any notifications and this is also why i only entered a handful of festivals... wishbone origins winning that film festival made me realise i shouldn't give up, and led me to producing an even bigger film (spooky tales) which has been doing really well at festivals ,I just updated my spooky tales poster today and realised i need a new poster variant with more room for laurels....

Wishbone continues to teach me to not give up and to believe in the impossible 🩷
